Our honey is produced on the Sunshine Coast of Australia, the bees collect nectar from flowers of the Leptospermum (Tea Tree) which we have propagated from and planted on our property. These tea trees are native to the area and are also found in the adjacent Noosa National Park which is within flight distance for our bees. 

The honey is made in small batches, tested by the University of Sunshine Coast for its active medicinal qualities MGO (Methylglyoxal) and then bottled into glass jars with no heat treatment, additives, or preservatives, just pure, raw, Australian Manuka honey.
